Submission of Options | Via Secondary 1 – Internet System (S1-IS)7 calendar days, starting from the release of PSLE results (e.g. if PSLE results are released on 24 November 2017, options can be submitted from 24 to 30 November 2017). S1-IS is accessible 24 hours, starting at 11 am on the first day until 3 pm on the last day of S1 Option Phase. Via Primary Schools5 working days, starting from the release of PSLE results (e.g. if PSLE results are released on 24 November 2017, options can be submitted from 24 to 30 November 2017). Primary schools are not open on weekends. Submission starts from 11 am to 3 pm on the first day; and 9 am to 3 pm from the second to the last day of S1 Option Phase. Students who missed the one week period for submission of options can approach the primary schools for assistance the day after the submission closes, from 9 am to 12 pm. This half-day submission is only for new submission of S1 school choices and not for amendments to submitted options. |

Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE) | |
Registration Phase | 6 calendar days, starting from the release of O-Level results (e.g. if O-Level results are released on 11 January 2018, registrations can be submitted from 11 to 16 January 2018). The JAE Internet System (JAE-IS) is accessible 24 hours, starting from 3pm on the first day until 4pm on the last day of registration. Students who missed the 6-day registration period can approach MOE-CSC for assistance the day after registration closes, from 9am to 12pm. This half-day registration is for new submission of course choices and not for amendments to submitted choices. |
