Hi Mr Mike, I am really grateful for the help that you have provided me with for the past 2 years. Your lessons are always engaging and interesting as you always link chemistry to real life context. This has certainly made chem lessons much more enjoyable and memorable. Your practice sets from different JCs has helped me to expose myself to different types of questions which made me more comfortable with topics that I am weaker at. Mr Mike also always provide tips on how to study and memorize more efficiently and quickly. For example, I remember him comparing Sn2 to relationships in Korean dramas where bonds break and form concurrently. Furthermore, Mr Mike always encourages us to book consultations with him to clarify our doubts either through zoom or physical lessons. This made me better cope with the heavy chem syllabus. Besides being a good teacher, Mr Mike is also a good mentor. I remember that I would often share with Mr Mike about my troubles such as my studies or even my concerns about the army which I would soon enlist. He would always take the time to address my concerns and share his personal experience with me. This made me feel that Mr Mike is a teacher who truly cares for his students and would go beyond his job scope to help his students.
