Happy Teachers’ day Mr Fung Jia Pei, I would like to express my gratitude for being a committed and enthusiastic teacher at the same time. Thank you for giving a second chance to redeem myself during my J2 Midyears. Even though, there are some times when I am overwhelmed with doubts, you would still patiently clarify these doubts with me with the best of your ability. I also love the creative methods of teaching that he has adopted in his lessons which has made his lessons so much more enjoyable. Thank you for being my teacher for Economics and i will remember you for life, Happy teachers’ day once again 🤣🤣

I would like to thank Mr Au Chee Ping for being such an awesome teacher. From being the most patient in answering our queries, to being the most animated and fun when teaching, I truly learnt a lot from Mr Au and even my attitude towards learning has been changed drastically. I am very thankful for a teacher like Mr Au because he truly is the epitome of setting himself on fire to light up our worlds. I will never forget the lessons learnt in class and treasure every valuable lesson he gives :)

Hi Mr Gilbert Lee Happy Teachers’ Day! I appreciate how much you value proper education in today’s society, which can be seen in how you mix in life lessons into class. I also rlly admire your passion for teaching (you became a tuition teacher just so that you could reach more students than a JC teacher could, and I see your face light up in class when explaining Econs concepts even though you have prob repeated them countless times before. You encourage students to ask questions and get things wrong, as I think it probably shows their brain thinking and actively learning. Thanks for also trying to make us see the relevance of econs to our lives especially when it may seem disconnected from most of our future lives. You also take strong pride in your teachings and students, evident in how you are embarrassed to call fellow teachers who used to be your students that get econs concepts wrong your students haha. It’s also cool of you to say you want to continue teaching until you can’t anymore (as you ease into retirement) as I think it just shows how attached you are to your career)
I find it cool how you are able to have a close and trusting enough relationship with your students for them to constantly seek you out for advice, not just in econs but also in life.
Also rlly cool how perceptive you are in being “superman” and able to discover things about people they haven’t yet realised, or see untapped potential in your students and are proud to share stories of their successes.
Thanks for everything Mr Lee! I know I’m prob a quiet student who doesn’t say much in class but I just wanna day i really enjoy your style of teaching and breaking down concepts and injecting humorous or interesting stories to make econs digestible, and enjoyable.
You’re awesome!

Thank you Mr Gilbert Lee for not only being a great economics tutor who constantly piques our interest in the subject but also as a person who makes us realise our true potential outside the class. All your deep life advices and tips really helps us a lot. I appreciate your genuine interest and passion to empathise with our struggles, rubbing off your high levels of confidence onto us to face difficulties and definitely being always there for us to talk to:)

Hi mr gilbert lee:)
Happy teachers day! Thanks for teaching me for the past 1+ year. It is really fulfilling to look back and realise that i have learnt more than just econs. As much as i enjoy the subject, I sometimes surprise myself when i look forward to going to class and listening to your life stories haha. It is unfathomable, the takeaways i get from the weekly 2h sessions. Thank you for building my confidence and staying behind to answer my barrage of questions. I have no idea where your expectations of me come from, but i am always glad (and strive) to live up to it. No thanks for the public shaming sessions though HAHAHHAHA. Most of all, thank you for believing in all of us, inspiring me to be curious, go beyond grades, and start loving to learn again.
Really glad to learn from you :D

To Mr Au,
happy teachers’s day! i still remember the first day i joined your class, i wasn’t confident in my chemistry at all. however, throughout the past year, because of your constant support and passion to teach in every lesson, going through all the questions meticulously, i began to grow in my confidence for the subject. not only that, you even shared some life skills during the lessons, which is essential for us students as we grow up. i want to take this opportunity to thank you deeply, because you changed my mindset towards chemistry so much. once again, happy teachers’ day!
