I used to dread learning Economics because I had always thought that it was a dry subject which involved graphs and wordy passages, which I had difficulty understanding both.
Thankfully, my parents decided to enrol me in Mr Koh’s class, where i grew to appreciate and truly enjoy what I am being taught.
Mr Koh Chee Wee’s jovial personality never fails to lighten the mood in class and make us feel energized after a long day at school, which is one of the many reasons why I enjoy going to his classes as it feels so welcoming!
Mr Koh’s lessons are very structured and are ideal for slow learners like myself, as he would ensure that our foundation for the subject is strong through the usage of worksheets before moving onto case studies where we can apply the knowledge.He always encourages us to speak up in class to clear our doubts, and would go around the class to check on students who seem to be struggling and correct them on the spot. Additionally,he makes his lessons interesting through usage of analogies and videos, which has really helped me understand the concepts better!
I’m really grateful to Mr Koh as he would always try to stay back after class to answer questions which we would still have, which makes us as students feel so assured as we know that there is someone who we can turn to for help, so thankyou Mr Koh !!
